Having been a devout follower of yoga for the past 5 years, I was recently intrigued by a conversation that I had with a fellow gym auntie, someone that I saw from time to time in my condominium gym.She was close to 50, with hair the colour of pepper and salt. But unlike most women her age, her body was tight and sinewy, having been honed over years of practicing hatha yoga and pilates.

She advised me to start practicing my yoga rituals in the morning instead of late in the afternoon, citing that yoga benefited a person best before the sun was up. Check it out:
