Hair Shmair: Colour trends we’re diggin’!

Having done a post a while back on February trends, we decided to take this one a notch higher by delving into the hair colours that we’re loving this season.

And don’t get me wrong, while it may look good on the atypical fair-skin blonde-headed blessed with genetic perfection, some hair colours might not work as well with Asian skin as it does with most of the red carpet walkers. Unless you have a strong need to end up with hair the texture of straw.

1. Caramel

Try Sofia’s locks: Caramel infused with hints of darkened gold.

2. Golden Strawberry

Bella Thorne’s rich hue is to die for – Perfect for those reluctant to take it to a full scale Auburn.

3. Sunkissed Brunette

Jessica Alba’s cropped sun kissed do is a great low-maintenance do. Screw the 4-6 weekly touchups, you can’t see them!

4. Warm Russet

We’re loving Julia Robert’s new hair. Reminiscent of her Pretty Women (1994) frizzy copper look, her warm look’s perfect for the hot months up ahead.

5. Black

Why not go back to black? It’s easy maintenance, and is the one colour that hides dryness very well. PS: We’re absolutely loving Kim K’s extension free hair.
