Fun for Fall 2015
Ditch the sombre navy and black this season.
Fall 2015 is all about ushering the fun in colour.
PANTONE‘s top ten hues for this season draws inspiration from the earthy tones reminiscent of the sixties and seventies.
We are looking forward to tone down an ensemble with cool, muted tones such as Reflecting Pond, Stormy Weather and Biscay Bay, contrasting with this season’s vibrant, warm colours such as Cadium Orange and Oak Buff.
Earthy greens also makes its appearance in this season’s list. Dusky shades such as Desert Sage and Dried Herbs will definitely add more depth to any outfit and enhance the playfulness of the warm tones of this season’s palette.
Rounding of the list would be a reimagining of jewel tones. Hues like Marsala and Cashmere Rose are evocative of the sunset sky, promising to add a softer and luxe flair to any ensemble.
Classic colours for fall includes browns, black and navy, and the thing we adore about classics is that it will never go out of style.
However, with a wide range of colours to choose from this season, we’re proposing to incorporate more colour into our wardrobe this season and stay away from decking ourselves in a safe tried and tested all black outfit.
